Attention, District 4 residents! The Austin Monitor and KUT are co-hosting a virtual forum tonight at 7 p.m. to introduce the seven candidates running for the District 4 City Council seat formerly held by Greg Casar, who resigned from Council to run for Congress. Only residents of District 4 in North Central Austin may vote in this special election. Early voting is now underway, and the election will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 25.
