It’s time to mark your calendar: Next Tuesday, Feb. 16, Mayor Steve Adler will deliver his annual state of the city address. This year’s theme: Great Cities Do Big Things. The event is free, but attendees should nonetheless reserve seats, either online or in person at the mayor’s office, 301 W. Second St. (weekdays, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.). The event will take place in the Topfer Theatre at ZACH Theatre, 202 S. Lamar Blvd., from 7 to 8 p.m. Drivers can park for free along Riverside Drive, and bus riders can take the Nos. 3, 338 and 803 routes, according to the announcement from the mayor’s office.
