Monitor’s Take: After attempts to renegotiate a contract for construction on the 416 West 11th Street Building and Parking Structure broke down, Commissioners will take action cancel the contract with Flintco and reissued and Invitation for Bids on the construction project.

Monitor’s Take: Travis County wants the city of Austin to reconsider parts of its proposed coyote management policy. It will ask the city to reconsider some of the nonlethal methods of capture which Parks and Wildlife officials say will likely not work and may make coyotes more aggressive.
