The city of Austin’s Building and Fire Code Board of Appeals reviews land development appeals. The board members hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the Building Official that relate to the application and interpretations of the Building Code and Fire Code.
Neighbors lose fight against metal building
